Description
Sunlab Power®'s
CRC-40 was developed to charge batteries,
without operator supervision. Its innovative concept, allows the charge of
12 Volts batteries, with great difference in relation to the traditional
chargers:

Light and compact, easy transport and
use;

micro-controlled;

Stays in recharge regime or
fluctuation, without overload risk;

APPLICATION
- To assist the recharge of
batteries, in systems where the accumulator should stay loaded. Ex.:
telecommunications, circuits of high reliability, surveillance, emergency,
etc...
- Also as equipment in rescue, motor-home, maintenance workshops, parking,
for motorcycles, motorboats, aircrafts or as accessory in the leisure:
camping, trails and fishing.
In the maintenance or in emergencies, it can stay linked to the battery even
when this needs to be connected for usage.
It can load sealed batteries or electrolyte, with tension of 12 Volts. The
time for loading will be proportionally larger as larger the capacity of the
battery.
AUTOMATIC
VOLTAGE SELECT
CRC-40 can be plugged to 110V or 220V - 50/60 Hz, because it identifies and
selects the grid tension automatically.
SUPERVISION
The processor stays supervising the
tension, current and temperature of the process, in intervals of seconds.
LIGHT & COMPACT Contrasting with the
big and heavy battery chargers, CRC are light and compact. It can be
transported easily where is necessary, be in the automobile, in the
motorcycle, in the boat, in a trip or walk.
CARES
CRC-40 is manufactured for internal
use. Outside applications, it should be installed in appropriate place. It
should not be used in the recharge of cellular batteries, NiCad, NiMg or
Lithium. The product was not projected for that and can cause damages or
explosion of the battery.

Charge on pulses (PWM)
Different from the
conventional chargers, the technique of stimulating the battery through
electric pulses assures a extended life to the battery. It is a fast form
and safe of making the recharge.
The micro-controlled circuit allows the improvement of this process, with the
supervision of the frequency and width of these pulses.
Sunlab Power® developed its own technique and algorithms to optimize this
process, allowing a compact equipment to have the capacity to charge big
accumulators.
Light and compact, is easy to take it with you, in the vehicle, in the
camping and guaranteeing the operation of systems, emergency or surveillance
equipments, etc.
SMART CHARGE:
Once connected to the battery, the charger analyzes the conditions,
determining which PWM (Pulse with Modulated Wave) stage will be used for the
charge: fast, slow or floated. The battery will be charged fast and safely.
SECURITY:
When battery reaches the maximum voltage, CRC
disconnect the charge circuit and remains supervising. In case of voltage becomes low, CRC
sets up to
recharge again automatically. Different of other
conventional chargers, CRC can be left operating
permanently, without any risk of overload or damage to the battery.
FLEXIBILITY: CRC Smart Charger is
used to 12Volts batteries deep or low discharge, sealed or electrolytic composition.
LOW
CONSUMPTION: PWM function provide the maximum energy
efficiency. The concept of charge for modulation provides the maximum use
and energy conservation. Than, CRC transforms most of the energy spended in
power for the battery.
