CRC - is the SunLab Power family of Battery Smart Chargers.   The same system of intelligent battery charge that you have in solar system is available to connect to the grid.

Compact and light, singular design and a new and revolutionary concept compared with other  conventional battery chargers. The differential results in the capacity to recharge the most varied types of batteries, self controlled, fast , low or floating charge and stops safely when the battery is charged. Easy to use and practical  to install.  

CRC offers reliability, profitability, and versatility to any installation.

All models you have PWM mode, providing self adjust to better wave mode to charge the battery. A RS232 serial port can be connected to computer for supervision.

Electronic circuit and micro-controlled process. Power input 110 or 220 V,  50/60Hz.

Models:

CRC-1000: 2A - 12 or 24 Vdc. Can charge VRLA and electrolyte batteries, PWM mode, fast and safely.

CRC-1500: 5A - 12 or 24 Vdc. Can charge VRLA and electrolyte batteries, PWM mode, fast and safely.

CRC-2000: 10A - 12 or 24 Vdc. Can charge any electrolyte batteries, PWM mode, MPP (Maximum Power Point) available.

CRC-2500: 15A - 12 or 24 Vdc. Can charge any electrolyte batteries, PWM mode, MPP (Maximum Power Point) available.

 CRC-3000: 20A - 12 or 24 Vdc. Can charge any electrolyte batteries, PWM mode, MPP (Maximum Power Point) available.

Characteristics
  • SMART CHARGE: Once connected to the battery, the charger analyzes the conditions, determining which PWM (Pulse with Modulated Wave) stage will be used for the charge: fast, slow or floated. The battery will be charged fast and safely.

  • SUPERVISION AND CONTROL: Beyond the charge, the microprocessor  remains reading and controlling the voltage, current and temperature in short intervals of seconds, learning and self adjusting the MPP (Maximum Power Point), providing the most efficient procedure to the charge.

  • SECURITY: After the battery reaches the maximum voltage, the CRC disconnect the charge circuit and remains supervising  fluctuation process (floating). In case of the voltage becomes low, CRC will go back to recharge automatically. Different of other conventional battery chargers CRC can be left functioning permanently, without any risk of overload or damage to the battery.

  • COMPACT and LIGHT: Contrasting with the voluminous and heavy battery chargers, CRC are light and compact and  suitable for mobile applications.

  • CARES: CRC are manufactured for internal use. Do not use to charge batteries of cellular, NiCad or Lithium type, under risk of damage, and explosion of the battery.

  • FLEXIBILITY: CRC Smart Chargers are used where you need a product to maintain 12Volts batteries permanently charged for use, independent of the capacity, deep or low discharge, of electrolytic composition.

  • GLOBAL CONCEPT: The firmware and algorithms program, are a  patented know how of  the Sunlab Power - Lábramo Centronics Division. Product uses programmable microcontroller.

  • LOW CONSUMPTION: PWM and MPP function provide the maximum energy efficiency.
