LZP - Smart Solar Charger with Light Control |

Features:
Developed to solar lighting
applications, LZP is an intelligent
battery charger and discharger control, protecting the components in a
PV system. It also provides the operational supervision of the system.
Manufactured by SunLab Power,
it contains more tha n
ten years of know how. User friendly, reliable and easy to
install in any application.
LZP
works with electrolytic or gel deep cycle batteries and
prevents
overload or deep discharge on battery(ies) avoiding any damage, increasing the
efficiency and durability.
Automatic ON / OFF:
LZP has an automatic function to switch the
output when there is no more sunlight.

Fail-Safe

Protection and fail-safe system :
LZP circuit protects the battery of deep discharge and overcharge,
avoiding damage in cells. Has buzzer and visual signals to detect and
notify any problem. Self lock in short circuit case, and automatic
reset. Self resetable fuse in circuit.

Charge control
with temperature compensation

Battery
charge is controlled and adjusted by a programmed
microcontroller. The pulse (PWM) charge and its frequency is
adjusted to the local temperature.
The MPP system, otherwise, let the LZP "learn" and
select the better charge curve for the battery, optimizing the process;

24V

Protection in Discharge

Once returning to
the charge, the controller automatically liberates the power for the
equipments.

Automatic output
disconnection, protects
the battery from deep discharge.

LZP -

It's the "brain" of your system and you don't need another light sensor
device.
PWM Charger
with compensated temperature
The
battery charge is controlled and self adjusted by a micro processor. It
maintains a modulated pulse (PWM) for the charge in frequencies
defined by our patented MPP algorithm.
The firmware by the way, "learn" and
selects the best battery charge process, optimizing the process;

Led Display
Easy to read and understand the
status of that battery and operation.
Watch-dog function
gives a safe condition of work, as in case of short circuit or inversion of
polarity, LZP blocks itself and restart function once solved the anomaly.
Automatic Voltage
Setup and Protection
Protection circuit and Fail-safe: The LZP circuit has overload and over
discharge protection avoiding any damage. Sound buzzer and led display
advice for detection of fails and watching the operation. Operates
automatically in 12 or 24 Volts DC. The nominal voltage of input is same of
the output and vice-versa. |
Output
Voltage Control
In the discharge, the LZP
avoiding the battery over drainage, switch the output off. Once
returning to the charge, on a safe level, the LZP set it on
automatically for usage of the equipments.
Settlement DIN of the case
LZP is easy to set
through standard DIN - type T frame, as conventional electric
facility.
